Doug Brundage

Doug is a tax partner in Grant Thornton’s corporate tax services practice and serves as the Deputy Tax Practice Leader for the Metro New York & New England Territory. Doug has more than 30 years of experience in advising domestic and multinational organizations. He has provided tax services to a diverse group of publicly held and privately owned companies in many industries including technology, consumer products, distribution, manufacturing and services. Doug has extensive experience in analyzing a broad range of tax, technical and process issues for clients. He advises companies on how to structure business transactions for maximum tax savings in the areas of state and local taxation, mergers and acquisitions, tax technology systems, transfer pricing and other aspects of international taxation.
