John has more than 30 years of experience advising and working with some of the world’s leading corporations in Life Sciences and other industries assisting with major organizational transformations. His areas of expertise include strategy formulation and implementation, business process improvement, organizational re-design, change management, and information technology strategy. TayganPoint Consulting Group was acquired by Grant Thornton in October 2018.
