Wayne Corini

Executive summary

Wayne Corini is a Corporate Tax partner in Grant Thornton’s Atlantic Coast region and is a member of the Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services team. Corini has more than 25 years of experience, advising a wide variety of publicly traded multinational and smaller, more growth-oriented companies on tax issues related to the technology, life sciences, communications, government contracting and manufacturing industries. He has experience consulting on corporate structuring, private and public offerings, stock options and equity issues, M&As, international transactions, methods of accounting, research and development, and tax issues surrounding intellectual property. He has extensive experience in the area of ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109) and issues surrounding accounting for income tax, and was previously the national ASC 740 leader at a national accounting firm. Corini has also served as a national instructor on tax technical and economic issues.
