Scott DeVenny

Executive summary

Scott DeVenny is the Technology Industry Practice leader for Grant Thornton’s Cincinnati office and is a member of the national Hospitality leadership team. He has extensive experience providing accounting, audit and due diligence support to clients involved in IPOs, mergers, acquisitions and private financing transactions. Devenny also works with numerous private equity groups as auditor of their portfolio companies. He has been a member of a national training methodology team and was the first point of contact in Cincinnati for issues encountered by engagement teams as they executed Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 audits of internal control over financial reporting.
