Michael has over 15 years of public accounting experience managing audits of both publicly traded and private companies ranging in size from $10 million to $6 billion in total assets. His experience includes companies with international operations requiring coordination with international affiliates and companies with significant capital raising activities, having worked on both private debt offerings and initial public offerings. Additionally, he is heavily involved in the Oklahoma City office’s recruiting program and serves as the recruiting coordinator with the University of Oklahoma.Michael brings substantial experience supervising audits of public and privately owned companies in the exploration and production and oilfield services industries as well as not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, he also has experience serving clients in the manufacturing, retail and governmental industries as well as employee benefit plan engagements. Michael is a part of the Firm’s Energy and NFP/Governmental industry groups.

Community involvement
Michael is serving as a Community Investment Volunteer for the United Way of Central Oklahoma. He is also a member of the University of Oklahoma Steed School of Accounting’s Board of Advisors were he serves on the Student Relations committee, and has also been involved with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City, where he served as Chairman for 2016 and Treasurer from 2010-2015.Education
