Dmitriy has extensive finance, accounting and consulting experience with Ernst & Young as a Partner and senior advisor to clients across a range of industries including metals and mining, private equity, diversified industrial products, primary agriculture, oil and gas, retail, consumer products, and telecommunication. Possesses in-depth knowledge of financial, M&A and tax valuation, due diligence process, external and internal audit process, restructuring and integrated reporting. Significant achievements developing and executing strategy for new businesses and services, and building and leading large cross-discipline teams internationally. Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and English.

Also consults clients on financial reporting, tax and valuation aspects.

Started and built Transaction Advisory Services business in Ukraine for Ernst & Young. Developed the overall strategy, and hired, developed, and grew cross-discipline team to 55+, leading all operations for the business and becoming the market leader in 3 years.

Dmitriy has in-depth experience leading and directing cross-discipline teams of all sizes performing complex valuation and transactional engagements simultaneously while at the same time building and leading entire TAS practice. Actively led and participated in the design and subsequent instructing of a variety of learning and development courses ranging from valuation technical trainings to soft skill (negotiation and people management) courses.
