Lane Jackson is a partner in our Health Care Advisory Services practice in the Charlotte office. He has served health care clients for over 20 years. He has been the engagement partner for multiple process and system improvement projects related to patient access operations, managed care contract negotiating, charge capture, charge description master maintenance, pricing, patient financial services operations and vendor management. Jackson has extensive experience in overseeing system implementations and revenue cycle reorganizations.

He has been an engagement partner responsible for oversight of revenue cycle reorganization and EPIC implementation for a large academic medical center. He managed the revenue cycle for a distressed hospital in New York as part of a significant restructuring. He supported the revenue cycle redesign and implementation of a single IT platform for a large physician enterprise.
