Nichole Jordan focuses on helping clients achieve their most critical business goals, based on a deep understanding of their needs and future aspirations. As national managing partner of Markets, Clients & Industry at Grant Thornton LLP, she leads the firm’s strategic client portfolio of over 1,000 public and private client relationships. Jordan chairs the Growth Committee, a leadership team that develops and executes the growth strategy through the use of technology, predictive analytics, data analysis, digital labor, trend monitoring and other leading-edge tools. Jordan sits on GT's Senior Leadership Team and is the Leadership Partner on key global client relationships. She also serves as executive sponsor of the firm’s C-Suite and Board Peer Network, and frequently advises industry leaders and senior executives with critical, time-sensitive concerns.

She has served on the boards of directors of the American Heart Association and the YWCA, as well as the Accounting Advisory Board of the University of Texas at Austin.
