Executive summary

Kevin Kelly is an Audit Services partner based in our Manhattan office. Additionally, he is our National Retail Industry practice leader and leads our Metro New York Consumer and Industrial Products Industry practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial accounting, audit and advisory services, specializing in the retail industry. In addition to his experience serving clients in the consumer industries when working at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche, Kelly also served in senior finance and accounting roles at several leading nationally recognized multi-channel retailers, where he had oversight responsibility for financial reporting, general accounting, inventory control, financial shared services, risk management, and other areas. He also completed a carve-out transaction, initial implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, a going-private transaction and an initial public offering (IPO).

Kelly has experience in acquisitions and divestitures, SEC reporting and compliance, public offerings and issuances, risk management and process improvement, financial reporting, internal audit, internal controls, and due diligence.
