Jennifer Kerber

Executive summary

Jennifer Kerber has over 20 years of experience working with state and federal governments. Most recently she served in the General Services Administration, Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies where she served as the Director, Connect.Gov program. She helped to stand up the predecessor to Login.gov, a government-wide identity management shared service. Her area of expertise is in public affairs, identity management, cybersecurity, and acquisition policy. Her private sector experience includes serving as a technology policy advocate for over a decade. She has broad experience representing the technology industry on a myriad of policies and new technologies and helping public sector entities navigate acquisition issues at the federal and state level. She began her government career working in the Texas State Senate.

Her Grant Thornton experience is focused on marketing and government affairs for the public sector, including the state and local market. Ms. Kerber received a BA in Political Science, from Texas A&M University and has masters work from the University of Texas – Arlington. She is the recipient of the FED 100 award in 2012.
