Kelli A. Knoble

Executive summary

Kelli Knoble serves as the Tax Services practice leader for the Carolinas and has worked for more than 20 years in state and local tax. She focuses on income and franchise tax reviews and planning opportunities. She also addresses clients’ business expansions and contractions related to state and local tax registration and filings, unemployment tax issues, and merger analysis. She also performs tax due diligence and state audit defense and negotiation. Planning strategies have included a variety of entity restructurings, filing positions, apportionment planning and nexus studies. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Knoble worked for a Big Five public accounting firm.
