Wade Kruse

Executive summary

Wade Kruse is the National Managing Partner, Diligence, for the Transaction Services practice. Kruse has managed hundreds of transaction advisory services projects for private equity and corporate clients, with a primary focus on the financial, tax, IT, and compensation and benefits aspects of businesses. He has experience leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects; providing sell-side support for investment bankers and their clients; consulting on carve-out divestitures; identifying working capital requirements and negotiating positions; structuring deals; and managing M&A projects and merger integration. Kruse previously held positions in the assurance and business advisory practices of two Big Four firms.
