Legg previously completed a two-year post to the Grant Thornton UK LLP office in London. His familiarity with both the United States and the UK provides our clients a unique perspective on doing business in either country. He has assisted clients throughout the UK and the European community by providing technical oversight and managing the U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and SEC financial reporting process, and assisting with due diligence projects on several cross-border acquisitions.
