Bethann Londynsky

Bethann Londynsky has more than 25 years of tax experience in industry and public accounting. Londynsky has experience in property management and development, food products, transportation, and agriculture. At Grant Thornton, she has spent a substantial amount of time working with tax provisions, multistate returns and tax consulting for closely held businesses that do not have in-house tax departments. She established an integrated tax department responsible for directing all aspects of taxation, including strategic planning, tax provisions, audit management, and compliance with federal, state, local and international tax laws. Londynsky also has implemented compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and the adoption of FIN 48. She has performed many aspects of due diligence for corporate acquisitions and re-capitalization projects in an effort to minimize tax liabilities. She developed effective tax strategy for a startup company and helped it establish China representative offices and wholly foreign-owned enterprises. Additionally, she has significant experience in real estate transactions involving IRS Sections 1031 and 1033.
