He has led and contributed on more than 300 transactions during his career, across a number of industry sectors, in many cases from Target identification through diligence support and on to post-merger integration. Transaction sizes have ranged from approximately $5 million to more than $20 billion, and have involved both public and private companies. He is well versed in both domestic and cross-border transactions and has led deals in Canada, across Latin America, Asia and Europe as well as in the United States.
In addition, Todd frequently served in leadership positions during quality control initiatives, and has taught internal and external M&A seminars. He began his career in Seattle, but has lived and worked in Melbourne, Australia, Prague, Czech Republic and Mexico City, Mexico as well as in Atlanta and San Francisco.
