Denise Miley

Executive summary

Denise Miley is a Tax Services managing director in Grant Thornton’s Minneapolis office. She is also the national leader of Grant Thornton’s Medical Device Excise Tax (MDET) group. Miley has more than 15 years of professional tax experience — working with large public and private corporations — providing compliance, consulting and tax planning for both business and personal tax issues. Miley has assisted more than 60 companies throughout the United States and abroad navigate the new MDET rules and regulations, mitigate risks and minimize tax impact. She also leads the Minneapolis office’s C corporation and Topic 740 (accounting for income taxes) services.
