Craig Miller

Executive summary

Craig Miller is the National Professional Practice Director (NPPD) for the Southeast Region. In his role, Craig works with the offices in the Southeast Region on technical GAAP, GAAS and SEC reporting issues.

Prior to being named the NPPD, Craig was an audit partner in Grant Thornton’s Mid-Atlantic Practice working out of the Baltimore office, and served as the Professional Standards Partner for the Mid-Atlantic Practice. He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting as well as two years of experience in the corporate environment of a health care provider.

Craig brings extensive experience in supervising all aspects of service to technology, government contractor, distribution and real estate industry practice clients. He has extensive experience working with clients on private placement offerings, initial public and secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.

Craig is a current member of the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council, the AICPA’s Software Revenue Recognition Task Force, and has been named as one of Baltimore SmartCEO’s 50 SmartCPAs.
