Amanda Oakley

Amanda Oakley has more than 19 years of professional experience in corporate, partnership and not-for-profit tax matters and provides consulting services on the tax aspects of roll-up and consolidation transactions, including design of tax-efficient structures, consolidation issues, accounting method and year-end elections. In addition to consulting services, Oakley provides both tax compliance and provision services. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Oakley was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 13 years, serving middle-market public and private clients. She has also provided tax services to clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, health care, manufacturing, and service sectors.
