Kim O'Connor

Executive summary

As an SEC assurance partner, Kim O'Connor has worked primarily with technology and consumer and industrial product companies - including medical device, consumer and industrial manufacturing, and technology companies. Her experience includes both public and private companies, and clients have ranged in size and complexity from privately held domestic companies to portfolio company work for private equity firms, to international public companies. She has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, complex compensation and investment arrangements, restructurings, SEC reporting, and internal controls and has managed international engagements for most of her career.

As a partner in the firm, she is passionate about people and our culture. She is actively involved in training and development, coaching and mentoring, women's initiatives, and community activities. She has led dozens of trainings and workshops both internally and externally, with a primary focus on supporting women and helping them to thrive personally and professionally.
