Jerry O’Keefe

Jerry O’Keefe has more than 30 years of experience in the Federal Government in the Department of the Army and held various titles culminating as the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, the senior career civilian position in the Department of the Army. He has 27 Years of active duty military service, is a retired Army Colonel, and has 10 years of service as an Army SES. His areas of functional expertise are Force Management/Operations Transformation, Engineering, HR, Policy, Strategic Planning, Strategic IT support, Federal POM and Budget Planning/Execution, and Records Management. His Grant Thornton client experience includes Army Chaplain Support and Army Military Privatized Housing Financial Compliance Review.

He received a BS in Nuclear Engineering from USMA; Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Penn State; and a Master of Science, National Resource Strategy, from the National Defense University, Mr. O’Keefe is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of VA.
