Denise Olexa

Denise Olexa is a member of the Charlotte office's Audit Services practice and has more than 19 years of experience in public accounting. She currently serves public and private companies, primarily in the employee benefit plan and manufacturing industries. Olexa leads the Employee Benefit Plan Audit practice in the Carolinas. She has comprehensive experience coordinating all aspects of company and employee benefit plan audits, including preparation of financial statements, and managing and coordinating audits for large groups of employee benefit plans.

She also assists in the development and teaching of local and national firm training programs. Olexa was also employed for five years as controller and chief financial officer of a mortgage lender and was involved in all aspects of the mortgage lending industry, including buying and selling mortgages and mortgage-backed securitizations.
