Tom Rudibaugh

Tom Rudibaugh provides services to dynamic public and private companies in northeastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and western New York. He has significant experience with pass-through entity (S corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies) taxation, family wealth preservation management and taxation of consolidated groups. Rudibaugh currently leads our Strategic Federal Tax Services practice in Cleveland. He has extensive SALT experience and has assisted clients with the tax-efficient business expansions throughout the U.S. He also has a deep transaction advisory services background and has worked with several portfolio companies owned by private equity firms.
