Kyle Reid is a managing director in Grant Thornton’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He helps clients maximize value from M&A deals by offering them experienced strategic and deal advice, and helping them mitigate risk and capture value from strategy inception to integration. Reid frequently works with private equity firms, multinational corporations, private companies and investment banks.

With more than 20 years of M&A transaction experience, Reid has worked on more than 200 transactions with a total deal value in excess of $50 billion. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he was focused on global growth strategies of midmarket companies looking at new foreign markets, and worked closely with corporate development functions and executive leadership across many industries. Reid also served as a partner for a major accounting firm for seven years, leading transaction due diligence teams that assisted clients in making critical decisions on strategy, operations and financial management.
