Ethan Rojhani
Executive summary
Mr. Rojhani is a partner in Grant Thornton’s Risk practice with experience leading the full lifecycle of risk management and consulting engagements.Mr. Rojhani’s recent experience includes leading the transformation of organizational compliance and audit programs by integrating custom, emerging technologies to streamline compliance assessment and audit testing. Mr. Rojhani also leads IT strategy engagements to help organizations identify and implement effective strategies for transforming their organizations. His recent experience also includes helping clients manage costs and risks through focused process improvement—which includes developing the training, tools, and management controls necessary to drive organizational value. In addition to his consulting-focused work, Mr. Rojhani leads compliance assessments for Service Organization Controls (SOC), as well as the implementation of SOX programs.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Ethan worked at PwC where he served public, private, and governmental clients. Ethan was also formerly an IT manager for the US Air Force and a network engineer in private industry.
Mr. Rojhani is a proud board member for the Mile High United Way, as well as a member of the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business advisory board to the accounting program. He also was adjunct professor at the University of Denver where he taught analytic and data mining techniques for forensic accounting.
