David’s team assists clients in transforming their back offices into high performance value creators contributing to company profitability and customer value. Specific areas of operational performance includes the build, operate, and transfer of solutions related to procurement organizational design, benchmarking, source to contract, procure to pay, and digital enablement through the implementation of Coupa’s Business Spend Management platform.

David has extensive experience across most major industry sectors and has deployed many projects globally for clients. Previously he was a line consulting partner at IBM, primarily responsible for Procurement Consulting Services and eventually Consulting Services for IBM’s largest account where he deployed solutions ranging from design thinking, mobile application development, predicative analytics, artificial intelligence, and outsourcing of major operational functions.
