Chris leads Grant Thornton’s Regional Tax Business Lines and is a member of Grant Thornton’s National Tax Leadership team. He has 27 years of public accounting experience.

Chris is also an M&A Tax practitioner and has extensive experience working in the mergers and acquisitions arena with both financial and strategic clients conducting tax due diligence reviews and has significant technical expertise in the areas of transaction structuring, debt and equity capital raises and financing issues, and tax accounting methodologies. He has worked on numerous transactions conducting buy- and sell- side tax due diligence investigations, including domestic and cross-border transaction planning.
