Jeffrey D. Strassman

Executive summary

Jeff is an audit partner serving public and private companies, primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, professional services and health care industries.  

Jeff has significant experience working with multi-national SEC-registrants, and private companies, including private-equity backed enterprises. Jeff’s broad experience includes IPOs and secondary offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and operational and financial process/control improvements.  

Jeff has also developed and presented whitepapers, trainings and seminars on the technical and operational impacts of ASC 606 (revenue recognition). In this role, Jeff also consulted directly with companies implementing the new standard. Jeff also previously served within the professional standards group.
