Joy Taylor

Executive summary

Joy is our national managing principal responsible for our Operational and Organizational Transformation Solution Family. Prior to this role she was the leader of our Business Change Enablement practice. She is an accomplished professional, with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in change management and cultural readiness, Lean Sigma, team facilitation, program management and project leadership. She has the proven ability to manage complex global programs and initiatives, drive process and productivity improvement efforts, and lead change in a fast-paced environment.

Taylor has led over 10 multiyear global strategic initiatives including ERP implementations, cloud-based supply chain implementation and global organizational transformations in various sectors including pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, food service, energy and financial services. She has won numerous leadership awards and written many articles on topics including program management and governance, change management, diversity in business and supply chain best practices.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Taylor was the CEO of TayganPoint Consulting Group, which was acquired by Grant Thornton in October 2018.

Taylor is currently one of the executive sponsors of Grant Thornton’s Women’s Sponsor & Mentor program, focusing on elevating senior-level women in the organization.
