Dianne M. Wasieleski

Executive summary

Dianne is a managing director in Grant Thornton’s audit practice with over 15 years of experience. Dianne works closely with management of her clients to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met and exceeded by managing the operations of the audit. She also assists her clients with applying and understanding changes to accounting standards and financial reporting principles.

Dianne's experience includes serving not-for-profit organizations, including private colleges, social service organizations, foundations and member organizations, including Single audits. She also audits clients in the construction and manufacturing/distribution service lines.

She helps her clients navigate the complexities of transactions, including share-based compensation arrangements, leasing arrangements, consolidation issues and complex revenue recognition.

Dianne serves on the Leadership Team for Women at Grant Thornton – Chicago and is a member of the Culture Action Team for the Chicago office.
