Jon Wolkenstein

His background includes numerous public and private equity and debt offerings, as well as many acquisitions and sales. Wolkenstein has worked with both financial and strategic acquisitions, focusing on the structuring of buy- and sell-side transactions, ranging from $5 million to multibillion dollar deals.

Wolkenstein is one of 10 elected members of Grant Thornton’s Partnership Board and is a founding member of Grant Thornton’s Client Experience Council, which serves to improve the firm’s client-service efforts nationally.
