Jon Wolkenstein

Executive summary

Jon Wolkenstein has more than 29 years of experience in public accounting. During his career he has served hundreds of clients, including more than 25 public clients. His experience includes supervisory responsibility for audit engagements ranging from startup companies to large corporations with greater than $4 billion in revenue. His background includes numerous public and private equity and debt offerings, as well as many acquisitions and sales. Wolkenstein has worked with both financial and strategic acquisitions, focusing on the structuring of buy- and sell-side transactions, ranging from $5 million to multibillion dollar deals.

Wolkenstein is one of 10 elected members of Grant Thornton’s Partnership Board and is a founding member of Grant Thornton’s Client Experience Council, which serves to improve the firm’s client-service efforts nationally.
