Tim Zechman

Tim Zechman is the managing partner of Grant Thornton’s Dallas office. An Audit Services partner with more than 20 years of experience, Zechman provides guidance and oversight related to complex accounting, reporting, financial, and business issues to a variety of domestic and international companies and organizations. His client service responsibilities have included public and private, middle-market, entrepreneurial and high-growth companies ranging from early stage development to Fortune 500 companies. Zechman has significant experience with M&A, debt and equity offerings, IPOs, interaction with the SEC and PCAOB, and implementation and monitoring compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
